Payments: - Prices are listed in Canadian dollars. CAD

Shipping: - All orders are shipped to North America using Fed Ex Ground & Express and we ship via Canada Post for international orders. A tracking number can be added for an additional fee - please inquire.

- Please ship to a daytime or commercial address if possible - to avoid missed deliveries.

- We claim no responsibly for any lost, stolen or damaged packages lost by Fed Ex or Canada Post - we recommend adding the tracking number extra for International orders.

- Please fully read the Fed Ex and Canada Post policies.

Int’l Custom Fees: We are not responsible for any customs, duty or brokerage fees that may be incurred when importing goods into a different country than CANADA.

Processing:  Allow 1-6 business days for order processing. Note: All orders are normally shipped out on Tuesdays. Approximate time of transit once shipped is listed by courrier when placing order. We are not responsible for any unanticipated delays. 

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are standards.

Location:  Packages ship from our studio in Montréal, Canada.

Returns/Exchanges: No returns are currently accepted.
